Andrew R. Burns, CCIM, CPM
Andrew R. Burns currently serves as the President of Burns Properties, Inc. Burns assumed the role as President of the company on January 1, 2006 after serving as its Vice President from 1992 until the time of appointment. Burns is one of three siblings raised in Beaumont, Texas and is a 1990 graduate of Lamar University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Following graduation from Lamar, Burns continued his education in the real estate curriculum, completing post baccalaureate level courses through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and The Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM Institute). Burns completed the IREM curriculum in 1996 and the CCIM Institute curriculum in 1997, achieving their professional designations. Burns remains committed to his community, has served on various professional and civic boards, including serving as a State Director of The Texas Apartment Association. Burns is a former board member and Past President of the Apartment Association of Southeast Texas, a former Board Member and Vice Chairman of the Better Business Bureau of Southeast Texas and a former Board Member of the American Red Cross-Beaumont Chapter. Burns is a current member of the Rotary Club of Beaumont.

 
 
Robert S . Burns, CPM
Robert S. Burns, a native Houstonian, was the co-founder and previous President of Burns Properties, Inc. and currently serves as its Secretary/Treasurer. Burns is a graduate of Rice University and was a four-year member of the Rice University Owls Baseball Team. Burns earned his CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1978. Burns served on the Board of Directors of the Beaumont Board of realtors and is a Past President. In addition, he served as a long time board member of the Apartment Association of Southeast Texas and served as its President on two occasions. Burns is a past Director of the Texas Association of Realtors serving as Region Four Director.

 
 
Colleen M . Burns
Colleen M. Burns is a descendent of early Houston settlers. She has been educated at Lamar High School, The University of Texas at Austin and Lamar University. She currently serves as Vice President of Burns Properties, Inc. She supervises the advertising and marketing departments and oversees property interior & exterior design changes. She is past president of Beaumont Junior Forum, The Beaumont Art League, and currently serves on The Jefferson Theater Preservation Society Board and the Advisory Board of the Art Museum of Southeast Texas. She has co-chaired many area fundraisers, including the first event for The Texas Energy Museum. In addition to her position at Burns Properties, Inc. and her community volunteerism, she is a professional artist. She has won top prizes in many shows and has completed commissions for area patrons as well as those throughout the U.S.

 
 
Tina Prince, CAM
Tina Prince has been a Burns Properties, Inc. employee since 1988. She is currently their Property Supervisor. She is a graduate of Lamar Institute of Technology with an associate degree in Real Estate. Ms. Prince has been President of the Southeast Texas Apartment Association, Manager of the Year, and is also a member of the Beaumont Board of Realtors, and the Texas Association of Realtros. She has a Texas Real Estate license and is a Certified Apartment Manager. (CAM)

 
 
Drew Polk
Drew is a native Beaumonter and descendent of early area settlers. He is a licensed real estate agent since 1993 and associated with Burns Properties, Inc. as a commercial agent since that time. He is an avid outdoorsman, especially enjoying the many opportunities of the area. Drew has volunteered for Nutrition for Seniors, the Meals On Wheels program for the last 8 years.
